To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Although I can see if an item has been paid for and via which method, I do not have access to your credit card information.
I do not use email marketing and I will not use your email address to send you unsolicited advertising. I may use your email address to inquire about your order (i.e. if I need more information to complete it).
I use your personal information to complete your order and ship your order to you. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
I do not share your personal information with third parties, except the following:
1. Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
2. Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies (e.g. USPS) I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. Generally, orders are shipped out within 5 business days. Therefore, your personal information is no longer required by me beyond that. Etsy keeps a record of my shop's orders and sales, but I only refer to it in order to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.
With regard to transferring of information outside of the EU, I do not have reason to transfer your personal information anywhere - except to fulfil my obligations of completing and shipping your order. For example, your name and address are 'transferred' to delivery service providers (e.g. USPS) so that your order may reach you.
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information.
