How will my order be packaged?

I do my best to ensure your order reaches you safe and sound! I use hard-backed, stiff envelopes of 100% recycled cardboard to prevent bending. Your print will also be enclosed within a plastic slip to prevent water damage. If your print does arrive very damaged, however, don't be afraid to get in touch so we can work on a solution together!

Returns, refunds, exchanges?

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges at this stage. Refunds are available on a case by case basis, so please get in touch if you have any concerns.

Do you do custom orders?

Please get in touch if you would like a custom order, so we can discuss your specifications! Initial communications and consultations/ quotes are completely free.

Do you use real foil on your prints, or is it a digital effect?

All my prints use real foil, applied to each print individually. They are fully adhered, and will not rub off easily! Their reflective shine changes with lighting and movement, and is visible through the glass of frames.

Why isn't my coupon working?

Double check that the coupon hasn't expired, and that any minimum purchase requirements have been fulfilled. If that still doesn't work, feel free to get in touch!
