I really try to accommodate and help in any way I can, but please make sure you triple check shipping details. Unfortunately, if the error is on your end, you would have to purchase again. If the error is on my end, I will gladly send a replacement.

I recommend hand washing them and letting them air dry. Do not scrub the vinyl either, because that could pull it off the glass. If you hand wash and air dry, the vinyl should last a long time.

**I use Oracal 651 vinyl which is meant to "weather the storm" for up to 6 years. If you are taking care of the glass properly and still have issues with the vinyl, please message me.

The designs are made out of professional grade, permanent vinyl. The material is designed to be able to leave outside and weather any storm.

Once you add all your items to the cart, USPS will automatically determine the cost of shipping based on the weight of the box, size of the box, and distance it will be travelling.

Etsy does a great job working with USPS to provide accurate shipping information! However, once a package is delivered to USPS, it is out of our hands and all up to when and how the postal system delivers it. Sometimes packages are “mixed up” and may arrive a day late. Not due to my error!

Also, international orders usually take longer due to customs. Every country is different, and once the package is in customs, it is up to customs how fast they ship it from there!

Please allow extra shipping time to be safe! Once we drop off for delivery, it is out of our control. Custom and large quantity orders may take longer as well, so please message us with questions.

If you order something that you want personalized or slightly different than what the listing description shows or says, please message me BEFORE you order to ensure all the details are accurate. Sometimes the cost may differ due to the extra time and material. If you put an order through without messaging me first, I will ALWAYS message you about the change before I make. If I do not hear back, I will ALWAYS make as the listing shows (without personalization or customization). I apologize if this causes any confusion, but personalizing does take extra time and extra material so I have to factor in the extra cost.

Custom and large quantity orders will usually take longer than 3-5 business days to make, so please keep in mind.

For example: some listings show a wine glass and wine tumbler as an option. If you purchase the wine glass, but meant to purchase the tumbler, I ALWAYS make what comes through on my end. Make sure you double check your order before you purchase. Wine glasses are cheaper than tumblers due to the tumblers costing more to supply. When in doubt, message me prior to ordering and I will help!
