This invitation suite is just wonderful, my fiancé and I chose it as our invitations and I couldn't be happier. It keeps the invitation and all the enclosure cards so organized. Jessica is a pleasure to work with, she is prompt and wants to make sure everything is correct. I was confused if the paper had a texture to it and she sent me a sample so I could see! Great customer service! I am Enjoying doing business with her thus far.

The invitations are perfect, thanks Jessica! Jessica had great communication throughout the entire process and was able to customize our invitations any way we wanted them. They came nicely packed and she finished them ahead of schedule for us!

Payment
I accept payment through paypal. Some of my listings must be paid in full before I start working on the order, others require a deposit. Please view the listing for more information.
Shipping
Digital files will be sent via email.

Other products will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation or via UPS Ground Delivery. I will provide whichever is less expensive.

My work is not mass produced and I take great care in each item I create. Please see my shop header for current shipping times as they change due to how many orders have come in.
Refunds and Exchanges
All deposits made are nonrefundable.

It is the client's responsibility to review all proofs for errors and/ or omissions. If there are adjustments that the client would like changed after the proofs are approved the client will have to pay print fees and cost of material to do so. JDS is not responsible for errors and/ or omissions after the proofs have been approved by the client.

JDS provides an unlimited number of proofs/ reviews made by the client. It is the company policy to work with the client until the client is completely satisfied with the proof(s).

Once colors and materials have been selected by the client, they are ordered. JDS orders material on a client to client basis; therefore any changes to colors and/ or materials after the selections have been made will result in an additional charge to the client for new materials and/ or any fees incurred by JDS for return of the previously selected materials.

If you purchase printed/ assembled work and you are completely dissatisfied, I will refund you a portion of the price, only if you ship your purchase back and it is undamaged. You must notify me within 2 business days of receipt of your order. The guyer is responsible to pay for shipping on items returned.
Additional policies and FAQs
Wedding Invitations

Although most papers and inks are not prone to bleeding, extreme conditions can sometimes cause this to happen. (High heat, humidity, and pressurized post office machinery are not friendly to any fine papers). Remember to ask your post office to "hand-cancel" your invitations when sending them through the mail. JDS is not responsible for damage caused when you mail your invitations.
