**Payment**
I accept many forms of payment through Etsy. You can use PayPal, credit/debit cards, and gift cards. Soon you will also be able to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay and a few others!

**Processing and shipping**
Orders are processed and made in the order received. I offer flat rate first class shipping. I ship through USPS. First class shipping takes usually 2-5 days within the US. Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 days. If you need your order urgently, please add express shipping for a guaranteed delivery date.

**Expedited service**
You can purchase Priority or Express shipping upgrades during checkout. However, your order will still be made and processed in the order received. If you have an urgent order and need your items sooner, you must message me prior to ordering. Upgrading to Express or Priority shipping and then leaving a note in the notes to seller section will not ensure your order is done first. You must make arrangements with me before placing your order. Quite often I can accommodate your request as long as you talk to me first.

**Custom pieces**
If you see any design in my shop that you would like a little different, please message me for a custom order! I love doing custom jobs, it gives me a chance to give you exactly what you want! I am always happy to work with my customers to come up with your perfect jewelry.

Everything in my shop is pretty much handmade to order. So the jewelry you receive will be tailor made just for you! Almost every aspect of my shop is handmade by me. Even my packaging! I buy my gift boxes. But I make my own jewelry cards, print my own labels, print and cut all of my own thank you cards. I even tie my own stretch bows. You can be sure that what you buy in my shop is all hand crafted from start to finish.

I do everything myself in my little home studio. I haven't hired any employees because I like handling every aspect of my customers experience. Because of this, my production times can sometimes be longer during the busy wedding and Christmas seasons. So you may have to wait a little while for your personally crafted item. But you can be sure, it's worth the wait! ❤

PRIVACY POLICY:

Your private information will stay private. I will not share your address or email address with anyone. I do not put any papers containing customers names and addresses in the garbage. If anything is to be thrown away, it will be shredded to protect your privacy.

No financial information will even be shared with me. When a customer places an order, they do it through PayPal or the Etsy corporation. The payment is then processed by PayPal or Etsy, and I am only shown the name, address, and email address of the customer. PayPal and Etsy do not share private financial information with sellers. So you can be confident that your financial information is safe. In the event that you would like to add to your order, I can't run your credit card or anything, since I don't have that info. I will either have to send you an invoice or set up a listing for you.

Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?

Depending on the time of year, my production time can be anywhere from 5 days to 5 weeks. Please see the shipping tabs on each listing (located under the listing picture on the right labeled "shipping and policies) to find the current production times. My production time is generally 2-3 or 3-4 weeks. But certain times of the year business is much slower and lead time can be down to 1-2 days. My shipping tab will always have the current lead time.

I try to get orders out as fast as I can, but during the busy bridal season, there can be a bit of a wait. I am able to accept rush orders on a case by case basis, please see rush order FAQ for more details.

Can you rush my order?

Depending on the time of year and what you are needing, I may be able to rush your order. At times when I'm very busy, I may have to charge an expedited production fee. I usually have to do this if you need your order out right away ahead of my other orders, and/or it's something time consuming. Usually, if you what you are needing rushed is simple, I can usually accommodate a faster production time without needing to charge the fee. Please contact me prior to ordering to be sure I can meet your deadline.

How will my jewelry be packaged?

All the jewelry I send out will be packaged separately in gift boxes tied with stretch bows. If I am provided with the information, I will also include thank you note cards for bridal party members. All of my flower girl jewelry automatically comes with a flower girl thank you card. For bridesmaids, maids of honor, mothers, ect, I will need you to provide me with that information to be sure you receive the correct cards.

All orders will be packaged for safety during shipping and either shipped in a plastic bubble mailer, priority mail box, or cardboard box depending on the items being shipped and the shipping service selected.

Am I able to upgrade the shipping?

Yes, I offer shipping upgrades that are available in your cart when you check out.

I offer flat rate USPS first class shipping. I also offer USPS Priority and express shipping. I charge what it actually costs to ship with those services, so you can be sure you are getting the best possible shipping price for the service you select.

First class shipping usually takes 3-5 days, but can take up to 9 days.
Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 days.
Express shipping takes 1-2 days

I also ship internationally. I offer first class, priority, and EMS shipping for international customers. See my shipping tab for more information.

Can I get different sizes on jewelry sold in sets?

I have a lot of listings that are in sets of 3, 4, or 5. In the case of bracelets or necklaces, you can have each one a different size if needed. After you add the listing to your cart, you can tell me the other sizes in the notes to seller section when you check out. The same goes for different colors.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship all over the world. There are different guidelines for different countries. Some countries will charge the buyer an import tax, VAT, or duties. The buyer is responsible for these costs. It's against the law for me to collect or pay these fees on your behalf. The rates and thresholds are different depending on your home country. The EU has a really low threshold, so EU buyers will almost always have to pay these fees. You can contact your local post office for more details and an estimate of these fees.

Why don't you ship to Mexico?

I no longer offer shipping to Mexico due to the amount of packages lost or stolen. I have shipped to Mexico once and the package vanished. Reading through the forums on this issue, this is a regular occurrence for packages going to Mexico. I can't accept the risk of my customers packages vanishing. If you are willing to pay the cost of UPS shipping, we may be able to work something out. Otherwise, I will have to cancel and refund any orders placed that need to ship to Mexico. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What are your silver plated materials made with?

I always try to buy silver plated brass or metal alloy (pewter) materials. I stay away from anything containing nickle or copper. Nickle can cause a reaction in those sensitive to metals and copper is the culprit that will turn you green. The only exception is in the case of rose gold. Rose gold is created by adding a tiny bit of copper to gold, so it's unavoidable there. But most of the time, my plated supplies are plated brass, and sometimes plated pewter.
