Custom Orders
Upon reaching to me through message or the "Request Custom Order" Button we can discuss a variety of items that I can customize for you. Please note that nothing will be physical made until payment has cleared up and we have reached an agreement.
I will provide digital proofs of designs with a watermark for approval AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE and before going ahead with the item. Digital items will be uploaded in high quality PNG and JPEG and no watermark.
Additional charges will apply according to the volume and type of item being customize.
Please note I can no longer provide SVG files for digital files
Damage Goods
If you have unfortunately received an item that is nothing but perfect due to shipping handling, please send me a picture of it within 3 days of receiving it and I will work with you on fixing the issue (replacement or partial refund)
a case will be open with Canada Post, so please provide your email as well as pictures of the damaged items/packaging.
If the mistake on your item is on my part ( wrong spelling, size, colour) I will gladly replace the item at not cost to you or refund you.
