Delivery Times
Items marked as free/small packet are untracked to keep cost low. Should you require one, please upgrade at check out or purchase a rush fee/ shipping upgrade listing.
Estimated delivery times (lettermail/small packet) via Canada Post
CANADA: 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS
USA: 8-14 BUSINESS DAYS
INTERNATIONAL: 7-20 BUSINESS DAYS
Delivery times can be greatly delayed due to holidays or hight traffic items, please be mindful of that! thank you for your patience!
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Once an order is marked as shipped, I am unable to provide refunds, or replacement for lost goods if costumer didn't upgrade shipping at check out
Custom Orders
Upon reaching to me through message or the "Request Custom Order" Button we can discuss a variety of items that I can customize for you. Please note that nothing will be physical made until payment has cleared up and we have reached an agreement.
I will provide digital proofs of designs with a watermark for approval AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE and before going ahead with the item. Digital items will be uploaded in high quality PNG and JPEG and no watermark.
Additional charges will apply according to the volume and type of item being customize.
Please note I can no longer provide SVG files for digital files
Damage Goods
If you have unfortunately received an item that is nothing but perfect due to shipping handling, please send me a picture of it within 3 days of receiving it and I will work with you on fixing the issue (replacement or partial refund)
a case will be open with Canada Post, so please provide your email as well as pictures of the damaged items/packaging.
If the mistake on your item is on my part ( wrong spelling, size, colour) I will gladly replace the item at not cost to you or refund you.
Please triple check the selection of items your purchase, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE for buyers mistake. Listings are detailed on everything to help you navigate through the shop, and if in doubt reach out to me before purchasing it.
