I ordered the same thing over a month ago and asked this shop to cancel my order due to not having room. The exceptional customer service was the main reason I made room for my order. I’m very pleased and highly recommend this shop.

I really loved this item and bought it as a gift for a close friend. When it arrived I placed it on the stand in a few different places around my house and it fell over every time. I messaged the seller to let them know that was happening and they ONLY thing they replied with was asking if I had tried putting it on a level surface.... Yes, duh? I am a capable customer. There is a CLEAR gap between one side of the fan blade and the stand that was provided and the seller did not do anything at all to make it better. I gave it as a gift with a huge apology and disclaimer which is just humiliating to do when you give a gift... but the person who received it had the same problems. They HAD to use glue to put the two pieces together. Super unprofessional overall.

I lost a more expensive titanium clip. This one is more compact, very tight, and lower profile in the front pocket. Great!
