Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. We send always an example image before we made the order for you. Only when you give your confirmation the order process will continue.

Due to monitor differences, the colors on this page may vary somewhat from actual garments.

You can return or exchange the product to the address that you find on the packing slip.
The products must be send back unused, not longer than 14 days after arrived, the cost for you.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Only after we get back the product we refund or send the exchange.

For socks:
No returns/exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Yes it is possible to make all the designs on almost all other apparel that I sell in the store.

I will send you a link to a custom order. The price will be the same as the chosen apparel.
For embroidery is the choice for apparel limited. You can see the possible apparel unther the embroidered categories.

When you got a apparel with a misprint, damage, or wrong size issue contact me with the details including images.
For a wrong size we need a photo of the size tag, and the measurments of the apparel. Spread the apparael and take a picture with the ruler on it for the length and width.
