I make every effort to source all supplies from well-established businesses here in the USA. It's just something I feel is important. This practice costs a bit more sometimes, but I'd prefer do my part to help our economy grow.
Recycling shipping materials: (ever wonder how many amazon bubble mailers are floating around in the Sea?) I do recycle, I believe in it, but this is a practice I've put on hold while we deal with CoVid19.
I make every effort to maintain a clean and sanitary operation. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes are all part of the supply chain!
While I do have cats and dogs, none are allowed in my studio.
Customer Service, good communication and care are paramount! My wish is for every customer to be completely thrilled with their purchase! I strive to complete every order with the utmost care, never sacrificing quality. Every customer is equally important! IMPORTANT! If you place an order, please...check your messages!! Should I need more information, Etsy convos are the only way I can reach a customer! If I cannot reach you through Etsy convo, your “ship by“ date will be pushed out until we can communicate. Normally it’s something simple like your personal preference for a custom piece.
