Proof printing:

We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos), regardless of where the error originated. Before approving your proofs for printing, please make sure to have someone who has not yet seen a single version of the invitation proofread your proofs... It is important that someone - or a few people! - see it with a fresh set of eyes, because once you've been looking at it over and over again, you start to see and read what should be there, instead of maybe what is *actually *there! While we do our best to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs.
*Please also make sure that the dates are good in all the proofs and matches the monogram (if it applies) and that all the changes requested were done... once these are approved to print and printed, we are not responsible of any typographical error, misspellings or typos .
By approving the proofs, you agree to our policies which is that, any error after final proof is approved would be incurred at the client's expense, regardless of who is at fault which. This is pretty much an industry-wide standard, so please make sure everything is correct before proceeding to approve them :)

*In the event of an error on our end, we’ll fix it asap, no questions asked.

Policies

We carefully check each order prior to shipping, but if there is a problem with your order please let us know within 3 days of receipt to find a possible solution.
Since custom printed items are created on a per order basis and cannot be resold, returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

• All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within three working days from receipt of order. Any error after final proof is approved would be incurred at the client's expense, regardless of who is at fault which.
• The invitations must be in ‘good as new’ condition, you can open them, but please be careful not to damage or mark the products.
• No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
• Buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs for the return.
• Returns based on color issues are not accepted due to color variations on computer monitors, so you must consider a slight color change from your actual proof prints to what you see on screen. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on our printed color card, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary over time and may not match perfectly. While color may not always be an exact match, keep in mind that we always make sure each and every order looks beautiful and that the color will look beautiful!
•If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact us immediately and we will reprint the affected pieces free of charge.

Other important information:
*We do offer two production times depending on how busy our agenda is, but most of the time a 4 weeks production is available with a full payment, a 6 weeks production is available as well with 50% deposit , however, the other 50% must be paid Before production begins. No order can be in production without a full payment, the deposit is only to hold the slot for the customer and used towards the cost of materials, the balance pending is what pays for the work being done. Not making the final payment as scheduled can only result in the shipping date to be affected and we will need to re-schedule the whole production in our agenda.


* if your scheduled date for shipping happens to be on a weekend, the invitations will be sent the next available business day.
*We prefer all communications in written (through ETSY) to avoid future misunderstandings and so both of us can refer to a past conversation if needed.
* We only deal with one person per order, preferably the Bride, the groom OR the mom.
*It is the responsibility of the Bride to verify that all the invitations are correct and inspected before they are sent out to their guests.
*** We are not responsible of cost of postage. Any invitation with a jewel on front of it will increase the cost of the stamp (postage) of each invitation as the USPS Post Office will consider not only the weight but the width of them. The USPS also takes into consideration the shape of the invitation (ie square envelope) and that can also incur in additional postage. To avoid surprises, we recommend ordering a sample and taking it to the post office to confirm the actual postage.
