5 out of 5 starslovely ring, exactly as pictured. I had to take it to a jeweler to get it resized ( my fault, it was exactly the size I ordered I just was off a couple sizes) and the ring was made of exactly the materials that were claimed. Fiance loves it and would highly recommend!

So beautiful and fits with my ring perfectly. Very high quality and the rubies are beautiful. I am not disappointed! Great communication from the Seller as well! Custom and personalized orders
We are always happy to accept custom orders, please let me know more details about what you want. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, thanks for your understanding!
Rush order
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us. We are happy to add a rush order for you. All rush orders are subject to a rush fee($50).
Returns and Exchanges
If you have any problems after receiving the ring, please feel free to contact us. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. All items are custom made to your specific size and metal choice, so shipping fee, handcraft cost, and restocking cost (total 30%) will be cut from the original payment. Refund will be returned to your original payment method once the return jewelry is received.
Please kindly note that customized rings, full eternity rings, engraved rings, and ring sizes smaller than 3 US or larger than 9 US can't be returned or exchanged.
Shipping & Production Time
All items are handmade to order. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to make your order, and then 3-5 business days for arrival. Orders will come with Tracking Number.
Payment Plan
We are happy to extend a payment plan option to you. And require at least $100 down payment and up to six monthly installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a payment plan.
Warranty
All rings have a one-year warranty service; if there is a non-human quality problem within a year, please contact us. If it is more than one year, we will charge a fee to repair it, please contact us for specific details.
Do I need to pay any import taxes？
We offer DDP shipping, which not only provides free shipping but also prepay customs duties for you.
