5 out of 5 starsShe absolutely loved it! I opted to spend the extra $ and get the solid silver, and I'm so glad I did! It's absolutely beautiful! I can't speak on customer service because I've not had a need to contact the seller for any reason. Shipping was quick(for etsy) 7-10 days if I remember right. My only complaint if you even wanna call it that, was the wrapping. It comes in a nice box which was nice, then a layer of paper, and then a nice felt bag and the it seemed like layer after layer of plastic and paper. Lol we actually kinda had fun unwrapping it because just when you think you're going to get see the necklace... another layer! Lol I'm really not complaining though. I can't fault her for wanting to protect something so pretty. Once again, Thank you! It's beautiful!

Jewelry made of brass with silver plating:
The jewel can be wetted with fresh water only and perfume (it should be dried afterward), but it is best not to shower with it, in order to keep it for long. In any case, don't put it in salty water.
Jewelry made of brass with gold plating:
Don't wet in any situation.
Jewelry made of leather:
Do not bring the leather in contact with water. For daily cleaning, rub it gently with a soft, dry cloth.

All my jewelry are sending in a gift box ready to give to someone you love.
Recycling
We encourage you to store jewelry in their box.
If not reused, recycle our packages and shipping materials as you usually would, separating paper from plastics.
Alternatively, you can ship packages back to us and we will recycle them for you, please contact us for the address. Buyer is responsible for any shipping and customs fees.
