My husband got a set just like this from his grandma for his college graduation over 30 years ago. Over the years one by one they got dropped, broke, all gone. He mentioned it in passing one day how much he missed her and wished he'd taken better care of them. When she gave them to her, she said "I don't ever want you to forget where you came from." He almost cried when he opened the box last night. We have practically built a shrine to these in our home. He could not believe what perfect condition they were in. They didn't mess around with the packaging!
