When should I place my order?

I always suggest ordering as soon as you know the event date. Your cookies will be made fresh the week of shipping.

Can I personalize the cookies?

Absolutely! The pictures given are only examples of previous orders. I can make the cookies just like the pictures, but always enjoy customizing them for your special day! Don't hesitate to ask!

Why do I need to order weeks, sometimes months, in advance?

Ordering early secures a spot on my calendar. Cookies are never made earlier than the week of shipping. So placing an order months in advance will give you peace of mind that your order is secure. If your party theme/designs or quantity changes during that time - no problem! Just contact me 2 weeks before your shipping date and any changes can be made to your order.

I contacted you regarding placing an order weeks ago and now you're booked. I'm not happy.

Please keep in mind that your order is not confirmed until you purchase the listing. I can't anticipate when I will get additional orders for the same date. Just because I'm available right now, that doesn't mean I will be available in 2 days (or hours!) later. I have a strict 1st to pay, 1st served policy.
