Processing Time:
The processing time listed on each individual item shows the time it takes for us to hand-make each piece. Please note the processing time and take a look at our shipping section before selecting your shipping method-especially for international orders! We make each item by hand, so orders take longer to arrive than mass production. In fairness to all of our customers, we are not able to bypass the processing time or ship any orders early.
Shipping Info:
Our Free Shipping offer includes free domestic USPS First Class Shipping. This method is uninsured, and it typically takes 3-6 business days to arrive once your order is complete. Both Etsy and USPS will provide estimated delivery dates, but these are not always accurate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
First class International orders take approx. 2-6 weeks to arrive. However, transit times can vary GREATLY. Our arrival timelines have temporarily increased due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. We have had customers wait several months for items to arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages that were shipped internationally.
USPS Priority Mail International(6-10 business days) and USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days). These rates are set by USPS and are calculated automatically at check out.

How long until my order is shipped?
Our pieces are all made to order. The processing time varies by item. See an individual item's listing for its processing time.
In fairness to all of our customers, we are not able to bypass the processing time to ship any order ahead of schedule.
If you are under time restraints or live in an area where package theft is common, please choose an upgraded, insured shipping method at checkout, like USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Free USPS First Class Shipping on orders over $35 typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive after the processing time. First Class Shipping is not insured. What is the transit time for an order once it is shipped? (Domestic)
USPS First Class / 2-6 business days.
USPS Priority Mail / 1-3 2-6 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express / 1-2 business days.

Lost / Stolen Packages
PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages-domestic or international. When selecting your shipping method at checkout, consider purchasing a shipping option that includes insurance, like USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.
If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end. (Again, we see what you see!) If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost / stolen packages.
Shipped to the Incorrect Address
Please note that Jill Makes will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. We are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships.
If your item is shipped to the wrong address, we find that these packages are often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you once the item gets returned to us. You will then be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. (Typically $3-5 for domestic shipments, and prices vary for international shipping.)
If I no longer want to wait on my international order to arrive, can I get a refund?
We completely understand that you'd like your international order as soon as possible. We strongly recommend purchasing either USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (the fastest international shipping option available). Both of these shipping methods are insured by USPS.
While we never want to disappoint our customers, we are not able to issue a refund once your order ships from our studio. If the order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the cost of shipping.
Does this come in silver?
Our pieces are only available in gold at this time.
Care instructions
Please remove jewelry before activities like swimming, showering,... etc.
To keep your jewelry in tip top shape, we recommend putting on jewelry after you have applied makeup, lotion or perfume.
For best results, store your Jill Makes jewelry where it won't rub against any other hard surface.
