Shop policies
I am very happy to take custom orders, either based on items already shown, or other things entirely. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss anything with me.
All custom orders will be made as closely to your specifications as possible. However, l ask that you remain flexible and open-minded to accommodate any practical considerations or restraints, as well as my own creative 'flair'! Everything I make is unique and individual, and created to the highest possible standard.
Each listing clearly states whether the items are already made, or made to order. Items made to order will obviously take a little more time....although I always complete orders as quickly as possible!

Payment
If you are requesting a custom order, please contact me before ordering and paying. I try to accommodate requests as far as possible, but it's best if we can come to an agreement we are both happy with before you part with your money! It may be that we have several conversations, and exchange photographs and pictures, just to be sure that you are getting what you want.
If you have any concerns regarding sizes, materials, etc please speak to me before ordering - we can work all of these things out and I can make a special version of something if necessary. This is much easier and cheaper than returning and resending items at a later date!
Ordering and paying for an item constitutes you having read, understood and agreed to information stated within the product description, including processing and delivery times, as well as any specific terms, conditions and care instructions, and also to the shop policies.
Shipping
All items are carefully wrapped and well presented. I use pretty tissue paper to wrap smaller items, and I use padded envelopes or other suitably protective outer packaging.
