Care instructions
For INDOOR USE ONLY. All products are printed on water resistant gloss sticker paper, vinyl, or magnet paper. They are NOT immune to the effects of moisture or UV light and we DO NOT recommend using them for outdoor applications. Glossy sticker paper/vinyl are NOT machine washable and should be gently hand washed only. Stickers may not retain quality if submerged in water for long periods of time. Magnets are NOT waterproof and should not get wet.
Custom and personalized orders
We are not able to make custom or personalized stickers or magnets.
Is there a way to track my order?
Yes, we offer tracking with your order. You will receive a tracking number upon completing your order.
Something happened to my sticker after I applied it. Can I get a refund?
Please be advised that per our policy, we are not responsible for any damage that may incur from application or incorrect use of the item. Due to the items in our shop being made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless we send out the order in error. Please message us if you have an issue with your order and we'll be happy to help resolve it. (:
Do you sell the digital versions of the designs?
We do not sell any individual images or designs in the form of SVG files. The items I sell are not licensed products and all images and graphics being used in the design are hand illustrated and not for sale. We are not selling copyrighted or trademarked images; the respective owners of those retain all rights. I do not claim ownership of the images being used. You are purchasing my time to create the decal, sticker, magnets and supplies used (vinyl, sticker paper, etc.).
