I really love embroidery and comfort color shirts, plus I was looking for a more “subtle” Disney apparel nod, so this was exactly what I was looking for. The embroidery is also great quality. I even wanted a color that wasn’t listed anymore so I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and I was able to get the color I wanted originally!! Definitely worth it!!

Current production time is 1-2 weeks.

As much as we enjoy Amazon Prime, I am not them. Please order early enough to give time for any mishaps with USPS or any other shipping company. I work as quickly as I can to ship, but there can always be delays on the carriers end that are out of my control.
I have sensitive skin. Do you have a protective backing on your shirts?
I don't apply any backing material to my shirts, but there is a great brand that's iron on! It's called Sulky Tender Touch Iron-On Backing. It's super easy to use and goes right over the stitches on the inside of your shirt! You can get this at Joann's, Michael's, Amazon or any craft store!
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 DAYS of delivery.
We happily exchange due to sizing issues within 7 days of delivery! Please reach out via message. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the label to mail the item(s) back to us. We can create a shipping label for you and send via Etsy messages (paid for through Etsy listing and printed by you at home) or you can go straight to the post office if that's easier! If you still have your shipping package please reuse! Once you've dropped the shirt off at the post office and have the tracking number please send it to me via message! When we've received your shirt, the replacement will be sent out to you! Your new tracking will be
Do you allow cancellations? OR changes to orders?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of purchase! After that 24 hour window, cancellations/changes to your order will not be given. We have placed shirt orders by this time.
Changes can be made to orders within 48 hours of purchasing. After this time, your shirt has been ordered and we can't make color changes. I don't keep extra stock in house due to space restrictions so I can't swap out for different colors.
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns. If your item is the wrong size you may exchange it (see details on that process above!) All sales are final.
What if my package says delivered but it's not here?
The seller is not held responsible for lost or missing packages. Once the package is marked as shipped with tracking number provided, it is customer's responsibility to follow up with shipping carrier if package is lost or stolen. Please refer to the following USPS webpage to report stolen/lost mail: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
Shipping FAQ
Please note we will ship to the address that you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered, as we have no way of knowing if you address is correct or not. Etsy creates labels pulled from your order and then we print them. We're not able to change anything on our end. There will be no refunds due to incorrect addresses. I will happily mail it to an updated address if there's any issue after it's returned to me.
