Where can I find my instant download?
If you did not receive the Etsy email with the link to download, you can always access your files by going under your account and selecting “purchases”. There you will see a download button to download your files.
What is your return policy?
As all files are digital and no physical products are shipper, we cannot offer refunds on our downloaded digital files. We always want you to be happy with your purchase, if you have any issues with a design or download, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue. We do our best to respond to all messages within 24 hours.
Do you offer printing and shipping services?
At this time we do not offer printing or shipping services. All of our products are digital only. We recommend printing at home or using a local printing service.
What do I need in order to edit my template?
All you need is a desktop to edit, all software is provided and there is no extra charge to use Templett.
How do I access my template?
You will get access to your template through a free online template editor called Templett, no additional software or fees are needed!
• If this is your first Templett order you will receive an email shortly (15-20 min) after the purchase with a link to access your template to your Etsy email, or the email that you used to checkout.
• If you already have a Templett account, the files will be added to it 15 minutes after purchase.
PLEASE! Don't use your Apple ID to sign in with Etsy because it hides your real email address, and you will not be able to receive the access link.
• If you do not receive your access link or have trouble please don't hesitate to reach out and contact me!
Can I try out the template prior to purchasing?
YES!
Each listing contains a link to try out, view and play with the specific template before purchasing in a demo mode. All of the editing features in the demo will be the same as the purchased version. However, you will not be able to save or download the template while using the demo. You can see if you are able to customize it exactly how you would like, if your custom text will fit, etc.
