Wallets are different in color from the photo on the site. Wallets have untreated ends. Poor quality of the skin. Some sections do not fit a credit card. Sharp ends. It's impossible to carry in your pocket. The seller returned part of the amount. But I want the full amount. I do not have to pay for viewing the wallet, poor quality.

Where do I enter the personalization information? i.e. How do I let the shop owner know what initials goes on my order?
Add the personalized wallet to your cart and checkout. On the checkout page, there is a 'Notes to Seller' text box. Please leave us your personalization information and order instructions there. If you have any questions, please send us a convo.
What font choices are available?
If a font is free for us to download, and if its also clear and legible, then we can use it to make your personalized wallet.
If you have any questions, please send us a convo.
How many letters can I use for my personalized order?
The number of characters really depends on the space and location of the personalization request.
If our sample has 3 letters but you need 4 or 5, that is not problem.
Even up to 10 characters, is usually, not a problem.
If you want to add a quote or poem, send us a convo, so we can discuss the request further and find you a solution that works.
