Josefi Posters come in a wide range of sizes to fit any space, from A5 up to A0, as well as popular US sizes such as 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, 18×24 and 24×36. Not every size is offered on every design, so please check the individual listing for the exact size and frame options available.

Every print is produced on museum-quality premium paper stock (at least 200gsm weight), ensuring colour accuracy and lightfastness. All artwork is optimised in production to ensure a beautiful result that will enhance your home for years to come.

Do colours match exactly what I see on screen?
Very close, but not guaranteed to be pixel-perfect — screens vary in calibration, so slight colour differences between what you see online and what arrives are normal and are not considered a fault.

A note about Print Tolerances
Industry standard tolerance for height & width of prints is +/- 2 mm. This imposes strict limits on the settings of the automated trimming part of the production process, so that prints fit comfortably in our frames.

Prints are UNFRAMED unless you select one of the three framed options (Black, White or Oak).

Frame Material
All frames are durable pine wood. Frames are delivered with artwork already inserted and ready to hang and include a hanging kit.

Frame Measurements
depth: 20-25mm (0.79"-0.98") width: 10-14mm (0.4"-0.6").

Shatter Resistant Plexi-Glass
1-2mm thick plexi-glass allows lightweight framing without compromising on protection.

Protective Corners
Corners are protected during shipping, to ensure safe transit.

Yes, shipping is free to the UK, USA, Europe, Australia and Canada therefore any postage figure shown earlier in the listing itself won't be charged. Other destinations may carry a small shipping charge, which will always be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Can I include a Gift Note?
Unfortunately our print partner does not have the facility to include a gift note inside the poster package. However, you can write a brief message which will be visible on the external shipping label.

Each print is made to order by trusted print partners based in the UK, USA, EU and Australia, so, your order is produced as close to you where you live wherever possible for faster delivery.

Yes, worldwide. Please note that prices shown to US buyers already include applicable US tariffs — local state taxes or import duties charged on delivery elsewhere are the buyer's responsibility.

Every print is made to order, so please allow 1–3 business days for production before it ships. UK delivery typically takes a further 2–3 business days; international timings vary by destination. Tracking is added once your order leaves the printer, as soon as possible after dispatch.

Will my order arrive in time for the holidays?
During busy periods like Christmas, production and courier times can run a little longer than the standard estimate. The dispatch date shown at checkout is the most accurate guide — please allow a few extra days beyond it before getting in touch about a delay.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
As every print is made specifically for you, I'm unable to accept returns for change of mind — please check sizing and design details carefully before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or with a print fault?
Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with photos of: the damaged item, its packaging and shipping label. If everything checks out, we'll offer a replacement or a refund.

What if my order doesn't arrive, or arrives late?
Courier delays are outwith our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, let me know and we’ll investigate. N.B. I'm unable to offer a free replacement for orders affected by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Yes, within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order hasn't yet gone into production. Once your print has started production, I'm no longer able to guarantee a cancellation.
