Crystals ALWAYS look larger in the photos. Reference a ruler if you are unsure about the size. All sizes are approximate, w/ some variation within each size grade.

ATTENTION CRAFTERS, JEWELERS, AND MAKERS: If precise sizing is critical to your project PLEASE convo us with your size requirements, and we will do our best to meet your needs, or we will let you know if we can't.

If the crystals you ordered are not the size you expected, PLEASE reach out to us before leaving negative feedback. We have quartz crystal lots available in a variety of sizes, browse our shop to see if there is another size that suits your needs.

We carefully hand-sort and grade all our quartz crystal points so you may choose from the size(s) that suits your needs.

We remove all broken points so you don’t receive crystals you can’t use (though an occasional one may slip through, which is why we always throw in extras). If you happen to *want* broken crystals for your crafts, we have them available in a separate listing.

We always include a few extra crystals with each bulk lot, to make up for any crystals that may get broken, and because it tends to make people happy to get more than what they ordered.

Unless otherwise indicated, quartz crystal points and gemstone pebbles are NOT drilled.

Unless otherwise indicated, pendants include a free black cotton cord w/ slip knot for an adjustable necklace.

You may remove the pendant from the cord and place on a chain, or use as a focal bead in handcrafted jewelry or other crystal crafts, if desired.

We package these carefully, but know they are carved from natural gemstone and could break if dropped or placed under extreme weight or pressure.

The $5 gemstone pendants are imported. Do not expect the highest quality. They are a really good deal for the price, but may not be perfect. There may be defects in the stone, or the way it's drilled or glued. Rarely, the bail will come off, or the headpin will come out. Please be aware, and handle with care.

When possible we use recycled or repurposed shipping materials.

Priority Mail upgrades are available. From prior experience, we do not recommend next-day express mail, as the USPS does not actually guarantee next-day delivery (but they’ll take your money for it). If you need it quickly, let us know.

We have had issues with USPS showing tracking as delivered when they are still en route, and occasionally a lost package. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us for options before leaving negative feedback. We have no control over a package after it leaves our hands, but we will do what we can to help resolve any delivery issues. In these cases, we strongly recommend filing a report with your local post office.

We are committed to the safety of our customers and ourselves. We will continue to ship orders, while taking all recommended precautions to comply with city, state, and federal guidelines for cleaning and preventing transmission. All orders are packaged using rubber gloves and protective gear. Our warehouse and shipping areas are cleaned and disinfected daily, and ordered items will be wiped down before packaging. If you are especially concerned, we recommend a quarantine of your package for at least 24 hours before opening. Please be aware you may experience delays in the delivery of your package, as all delivery service providers must give priority to delivering essential needs.
