This journal is super convenient for me since it's downloadable (aka instant) and combines studying Spanish with self-care. I don't have time to study a new language and also sit down to journal. So being able to answer self-reflection prompts in Spanish (with the help of a Spanish vocabulary page and translated affirmations) is a great way to do both! I am using this journal to supplement my Spanish classes and put what I am learning in class into personal practice. Thanks!
