After your purchase, you can access your digital downloads in your Etsy account under “Purchases.” If you checked out as a guest, you’ll receive an email with your download link. Please use a web browser, as the Etsy app does not support downloads.
How do I know which file size to use?
Each listing description shows the recommended print sizes and easy guidance on which file works best for your desired output. If you need advice, feel free to message me!
Where can I print my digital art, and what paper should I use?
You can print at home, at a local print shop, or through online services like Shutterfly, Snapfish, Printful, or finerworks.com. For a timeless look, we recommend heavyweight, matte, or lightly textured fine art paper such as Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta, Epson Exhibition Fiber, or Moab Entrada Rag Natural. For the best results, we recommend professional printing.
Can I get a custom size for my digital art?
Yes! Please contact me before or after purchasing to request a custom size. If possible, I’ll provide an updated file at no extra cost.
How do I print the artwork correctly?
We recommend deselecting “Fit to Printable Area” in your printer settings and enabling “Borderless Print” for edge-to-edge results. For best color accuracy, disable automatic color corrections by the printer.
Where can I find frames for my art?
Affordable and stylish frames can be found at retailers like IKEA, Walmart, Target, Michaels, HomeSense, The Bay, Dunelm, or Maisons du Monde.
Can I get a refund for a digital purchase?
All digital download orders are non-refundable, per Etsy policy.
Can I use these artworks commercially or resell them?
Digital products are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution—online or printed—is not permitted without written permission.
