Most orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) are dispatched on the same day provided that there is no customisation requirement.
Orders placed after 14:00 during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched on the following working day.
UK DELIVERY
Your delivery options will be displayed when you proceed to pay and will be calculated depending on your order. Orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class should usually arrive within 1-2 working days of your order being placed. In 90% of cases your item will be with you the next working day, although this not guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
Postage costs and options are calculated automatically on our checkout when you select the destination country and depend on the size and weight of the items that you are ordering.
For Standard Postage in the EU countries, please allow 5-7 working days and for all other International Orders please allow 8-10 working days to get your order delivered after the dispatched day.
Standard postage is NEITHER tracked NOR signed.
Therefore, please make sure your address is correct.
We STRONGLY encourage our international customers to choose TRACKED service which is available on the checkout step.
TRACKED SERVICE takes about 5-7 working days to reach USA and about 8-10 days to AUSTRALIA.
Should you need your item urgently, we have DHL EXPRESS shipment available for international customers. This will take about 2-3 working days from the dispatch date.
