How I reclaimed my health and transformed my life!
Having suffered with childhood asthma and allergies, fatigue and constant sickness from sinus infections and ENT issues during the better half of my life, I felt as if I was living in a cycle of sickness. By 25, I was just tired of it all. I lacked energy, was exhausted and fatigued all the time and felt so overwhelmed that it started consuming my life. This was the low point that made me realize the truth - there's got to be a better way! I began doing research and realized that the many rounds of antibiotics and steroids I had received had done major damage to my immune system and my gut. It was now time to begin the healing process.
I went on a mission to find all the possible natural solutions and ways that I could heal myself, feel better, regain strength and reclaim my health. I tried many alternative and holistic approaches, but when I found essential oils, I knew I had found the solution I'd been searching for.
The versatility and diversity of essential oils offered much promise. I began learning all I could about essential oils and I started using and applying them in all of my self care needs. I was astonished by the results and the amount of relief they gave me. I could feel the difference in my overall health in just a few weeks.
I began making blends for family and friends, customizing to their needs and the results became my motivation to help others.
