The seller is very friendly and helpful, and she explained that it is due to natural variations with the gem. I was happy with another product I purchased with alexandrite, but I just didn't like this moss agate.

I asked if they could personalize mine, they did. Look really close if you have it done. It's definitely there! It's absolutely stunning. Alexandrite is probably my favorite stone up next to a Tanzanite. They're just softer stones. Thank you all so much 💕

• We reserve the right to refuse the return of custom items including damaged items, personalized items, solid gold rings, ring size smaller than 3US larger than 9US, products that have been exchanged once.
• Exchange rings without quality issue is required for 35% restocking fee, please double check order details before purchasing especially for RING SIZE.
• Refund time is within 5 working days after we receive the item that is undamaged and it's in original condition.
Cancel Order
You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after the order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each jewelry is handmade so cancellation in the middle of production will cause a loss for my small business.

If there is any quality problem, such as accent stones falling out, please contact us and provide some photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
