1 out of 5 starsI ordered this product with the promise that it would be ready for shipping within 3-5 business days. On the 7th business day, I contacted the shop about my product with no reply. Did so again the next day. No reply. A week before my wedding I recieve a message that the shop refunded me my purchase because they did not have the necessary supplies. So irresponsible. Be careful purchasing from this shop.

2 out of 5 starsThe shell is as described and very lovely. Unfortunately when it arrives in the UK it will be stopped by customs who will charge you nearly half the original cost of the item before they will deliver it to you which then makes the item very expensive.

I'm sorry that u were happy w/ your order yet unhappy w/ your government's postage policy, which I have no control over. The alternative would be to purchase domestically & limit yourself in terms of creative handmade items found globally. I state in my shop policies that these sometimes imposed duties are the customer's responsibility, like almost all Etsy sellers, b/c this is the cost of having access to worldwide goods. There's no way of even knowing what these fees will ever entail on my end, hence why you're handed the bill at your end of the shipping journey. I can, however, control the quality, attention to detail, customer service & competitive pricing that I offer my customers & this is why all of my other positive reviews speak so highly of my work.
