Where do I send personalization details (name, initials, etc.)?
Include your requested details in the "personalization" box above the "add to cart" button.
Or feel free to send personalization details to me via Etsy Messages.
Names and text will be printed exactly as you type them, including capitalization, unless the font is only available in one style, i.e. all-caps.
How long does it take to make my item?
Typically I ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order or when the design proof is approved (if applicable).
Any changes to the production time and shipping speed will be listed under "Shipping & returns" on the right side of the listing.
How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping: 2-5 business days
Priority US shipping: 2-3 business days
International shipping times vary widely. Typically orders arrive within 1-2 weeks, but due to customs delays it can take up to 4-6 weeks.

How do I order multiple items?
If you are ordering several of the same product, you can use the "Quantity" drop-down menu just above the "Add to Cart" button to order them all at once.
If you are ordering several different items or items with different custom options (i.e. same notecard design but different envelope colors for each set), you can add each item to your cart separately then checkout just once.
For larger orders or custom needs feel free to contact me in Etsy Messages with a list of personalization details and I can set up one custom listing for you to use to place your order.
