All items in my shop are ready to ship and will be taken to our local USPS facility within three business days after payment has been received (unless otherwise indicated). Items ship USPS First Class Mail. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed by JudysTreehouse or USPS. All purchases are shipped with a USPS tracking number to track transit and confirm delivery. I keep an eye on tracking numbers to assure your purchase has made it to its destination. Typically, customers receive their purchase within 5-8 business days after I've dropped it at the post office. However, please consider that delivery delays do occur, especially around holidays.

Applicable sales tax will apply. Etsy collects and handles all sales tax as per each individual State's requirements.

Each individual listing will have photos of the actual item available for purchase along with a detailed description of the materials used to create that particular item.

Please read the descriptions I provide carefully. I do my best to provide an accurate portrayal of my listings via words and photos so that you can be well informed of the materials used, size, length, and color before you purchase. If you have any questions about an item, please contact me prior to purchasing. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

Upon receipt, please inspect your item(s) carefully. Prior to wearing your jewelry and within 7 days of your purchase if you find any flaws with workmanship or quality, please contact me. I will always be open to doing what I can to assure you are totally pleased with your purchase.

Contact with me prior to returning an item for refund is required. Items must be returned to and received by me prior to any refund consideration.

Custom orders and/or items altered/changed at the customer's request will not be refunded.

Always handle your jewelry with care. Avoid rough handling or dropping which may cause glass, gemstones, metal to crack/break/bend. Metal jewelry may develop patina/tarnish over time from exposure to air and moisture. To minimize and/or prevent further patina/tarnish from developing, you should keep your jewelry clean and dry; store in small plastic zip lock type bags away from wet humid (i.e. bathroom/kitchen) areas. Avoid jewelry contact with perfumes, lotions, moisture. Don't wear jewelry during exercising or in the shower/tub/pool. In most cases, any patina/tarnish which may develop can be easily cleaned from jewelry. Be sure to research proper cleaning techniques based on your specific jewelry piece.

I currently do not offer custom or personalized orders. However, depending on the piece some alterations may be able to be made. Contact me prior to purchase to determine if the piece can be altered to your preferences. I will do my best to accommodate your requests but please understand that the design may not allow for changes to be made. Additional charges may apply. Prepayment is required. I do not accept refunds on any jewelry/item which has been altered at the customer's request.
