At Juforge Printing LLC, cosplay is more than a hobby—it's an extension of you! I founded Juforge with one goal in mind: to create high-quality, custom-built cosplay that captures the excitement of becoming your favorite character without compromising on craftsmanship or attention to detail.
I specialize in the projects that many makers shy away from: robot armor, mechanical suits, monster costumes, creature builds, and large-scale character recreations. Whether you're bringing a towering mech to life, building a screen-accurate suit of armor, or transforming into an iconic creature, every commission is designed with durability, comfort, and display-worthy quality in mind.
Every project begins with a conversation. We'll discuss your character, references, budget, deadline, and how the costume will be used. From there, I develop a fabrication plan tailored specifically to your build. Depending on the project, I combine high-quality 3D printing, foam fabrication, finishing, painting, and assembly to produce a costume that's both visually impressive and practical to wear.
Because every commission is completely custom, wearable components are sized specifically to you. Accurate body measurements—including head circumference for helmets and relevant body measurements for armor and suit components—are required to ensure the best possible fit.
