Product and Design Policy

• All bracelets are sold as shown in the listing photos
• We do not recreate custom patterns or offer full custom design services
• Minor adjustments may be possible before production and must be confirmed prior to ordering
• We use mostly natural gemstones, with approximately 10 percent man made stones when needed for consistency
• Some stones may be treated, for example dyed or heat treated, to achieve uniform color and finish. Dyed natural stones are high quality and sealed to preserve color and durability
• Variations in color, pattern, and tone are normal and not considered defects

• Due to order volume, pre-shipment photos or previews are not available
• All items are made to match the listing design and description

Sizing and Fit

•⁠ ⁠Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
•⁠ ⁠As each bracelet is handcrafted, please allow a size tolerance of approximately 1 mm to 3 mm.
•⁠ ⁠While we aim for precision, handmade items may not be 100 percent exact.
•⁠ ⁠We strongly recommend following our sizing guide before placing an order.
•⁠ ⁠To ensure the correct fit while preserving the front design shown in the listing, additional matching beads or spacers may be added or adjusted when needed. For certain wrist sizes, the back bead arrangement and the exact position of beads, gemstones, spacers, and charms may vary slightly from the listing photos while preserving the overall design. These are normal handcrafted variations and are not considered defects.

Repairs and Adjustments

• We stand behind our craftsmanship and are happy to assist if an issue arises
• Repairs require the return of the original item, including all broken pieces
• Returned pieces are necessary to identify the issue and support quality control
• We offer a flat service fee for repairs for our customers, which includes return and reshipping costs. This fee may be subject to change due to rising shipping costs
• Requests for additional changes, redesigns, or multiple remakes are not included and may require an additional service fee

Returns and Exchanges

•⁠ ⁠Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing error or an item does not match the listing.
•⁠ ⁠If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos so we can evaluate the claim.
•⁠ ⁠Providing photos does not automatically qualify an item for a repair, replacement, remake, refund, or exchange. Photos are required solely to determine whether the item differs from the listing or has a manufacturing defect. Items that match the listing, including normal variations described in the listing or shop policies, or requests based on personal preference, are not considered defective.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, or free remakes are not accepted for:

•⁠ ⁠Expectation mismatches with natural or treated stones.
•⁠ ⁠Requests outside the original design.
•⁠ ⁠Requests to redesign, rebalance, center, or modify the bead arrangement of a bracelet that otherwise matches the listing.
•⁠ ⁠Excessive or repeated service requests beyond our policies may be declined.

Shipping and Delivery

• Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier
• Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout
• Let us know as soon as possible if you notice an address mistake before your order ships
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, incorrect addresses, or lost or stolen packages
• If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment
• Signature confirmation is available upon request and may include an additional fee
