This file allows you to print this item at home or a local print shop.

All digital purchases will come with our Printing Tips & Vendor Resource Guide, which will help in answering any questions about printing at home, or with a local or online printer. Once the final file is sent, there will be a $5 charge for any requests for a different file set up.

In purchasing a digital file, you recognize that Jula Paper is not responsible for the quality of the final printed piece. We are only responsible for the quality of the JPEG or PDF provided to you upon receipt of payment.

Items on printed on 120# Bright White cotton stock, unless otherwise noted. On occasion, substitutions will be made based on the design, or, availability of paper stock, to an equal or similar quality stock.

Please note, all computer monitors display color differently. Therefore, it is not possible to guarantee the image you see is an accurate representation of how your card or invitation will look once printed. Also note that iPhones & iPads significantly distort true color on PDFs, and therefore we ask that if you are concerned about color accuracy, you review your proofs on a desktop or laptop computer.

As long as all information is supplied at the time of purchase, proofs will be sent within 1-3 business days. Missing information will result in a delay.

If you need your order RUSHED, please purchase one of the "rush processing" listings from the shop.

Your order will ship to the address associated with your Etsy account (not PayPal). Please double check that this is correct before purchasing. Orders are sent through FedEx, UPS or USPS and include tracking information. If you'd like to purchase additional insurance, please send us a note.

All International customers must pay additional shipping costs. Please message me prior to purchasing, so that I may set up a custom listing for you.

If your order includes a photograph, please make sure that the resolution is 300dpi, and that you have authorization from the photographer to use the digital file.

At this time, we do not offer retouching of any photographs.

Jula Paper will not be held liable for any misuse or photography or other, copyrighted work provided by the customer.

Jula Paper Co is not responsible for lost or missing packages, however, we will do our best to work with you to recover lost items. Please contact us right away if there is an issue with the delivery of your order.
