3 out of 5 starsThe delivery was very late, so much so that the seller arranged a replacement, the event was missed and I had to explain and apologise. The recipient did love the item though, so that's something.

Unfortunately the postage company is at fault, I posted the package within my 2 day promise. I am now looking at alternative delivery sources. To compensate, I sent another piece of jewellery free of charge via courier to show my disappointment in the late arrival of original package which arrived after 1 week.

The brooch is a lot lighter and thinner than I imagined it would be but this will make no difference at all when I'm proudly wearing it. Thank you so much.
