✦ Can I get a certain design on a shirt/hoodie/mug/magnet/etc? ✦
Sure thing! You want that design on a shirt, hoodie, mug, magnet, or whatever else? I've got you covered. I can place it on just about anything you're feeling. Just let me know what you're thinking and I'll see what I can do ❤

✦ Can you print the design on the back of the shirt/sweatshirt instead of the front?! ✦
Absolutely! If you'd like the print on *both* sides of the t-shirt or sweatshirt there is an extra 10$ charge, otherwise I can print the design just on the back for the regular price :) Feel free to get in touch whenever you're ready to make it happen ✨

✦ I only received part of my order, is the rest coming separately? ✦
Yes, most likely -- anything with a "made-to-order" label will usually ship separately. This includes apparel, mugs, stickers, and bags. If you ordered a bunch of different made-to-order items, they might come in different packages. But don't worry, everything is tracked and you can always reach out if you want to check on a tracking number or get a status update. I've got your back, always ❤

✦ What happens if my order is damaged during shipping or has a defect? ✦
Defects should be caught in the quality control process, but in the event something should slip by I am more than happy to help out! Please reach out to me within 30 days with a photo of the defect/damage and I will be sure to investigate. If any defects occur within 30 days I am able to issue a reshipment. I always want you to have the best of the best! ❤

✦ Can you rush my order? ✦
I feel you! I know you want your goodies ASAP. Unfortunately made-to-order items take a certain amount of time to create and I can't rush that process, but there might be an option for express shipping. If available, it usually starts at around $50 for 2-day delivery. Let me know if that's something you're interested in and I'll be more than happy to look into it for you. Just let me know exactly which item, color/size (if applicable) and your postal code and I'll check what's on the menu :)

As for sizing, most of my listings have size charts in the images (usually the last photo!), but if it's not there don't stress. Just send me a link to the listing and I'll send it over to you. I always recommend comparing the measurements from the size chart with a piece of clothing you already own and love, that way you know you'll get the perfect fit.

✦ Do you do custom orders? ✦
Yes, we do custom orders! They usually start around $100. If you're interested in a custom order, just let me know as many details as possible, starting with the size you're looking for. We got this!

I know getting a damaged item is the worst, it's rare but happens once in a blue moon. Don't fret, I'll take care of it for you. As soon as it arrives, snap a pic that shows the damage and send it over to me. I'll make sure to get a replacement sent out to you pronto.

✦ Is my item lost? ✦
Delivery normally goes smoothly, but every once in awhile there will be a hiccup in the postal system. This is out of my control but I will always do my best to help you out. If your item is lost in the mail, I'll send you a replacement for free. Just give it a couple of weeks after the expected delivery date to see if it shows up or starts moving on the tracking, and then we'll go from there.
Just a heads up though, unfortunately I cannot insure shipments that aren't deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If it's returned to sender for that reason, you'll have to pay for shipping again. To avoid that from happening make sure your address is complete including first and last name, and your unit number if applicable. Lastly, when an item is returned to sender it can take a long time because they're not prioritized by the carrier the same way outbound shipments are. If you have any trouble with delivery, feel free to get in touch and I'll be happy to see how I can assist.

I wish I could offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, but unfortunately I just can't. Many of my items are made-to-order, and for that reason I'm unable to accept them. I hope you understand. Be sure to check the size chart before making your apparel purchases, and if there's no size chart in the listing just let me know and I'll send it to you. Know that you're protected when you shop with me. In the rare event that your item is lost, damaged, or defective, I'll find a good solution. Just send me a message ❤

Yes, most likely ❤ Made-to-order items usually ship separately -- this includes apparel, mugs, vinyl stickers, and bags. If you order multiple made-to-order products then they are likely to arrive in separate parcels because they ship out as soon as production is completed. Everything is tracked so feel free to reach out if you would like to check a tracking number or request a status update. I'm always happy to help :)

What if my item is lost?

Delivery normally goes without a hitch, but every once in awhile there will be a hiccup in the postal system. This is out of my control but I will always do my best to help. If your item is lost, I can send out a free replacement. Usually I will ask that you wait a couple of weeks after the approximate delivery date to see if the item will turn up or shows signs of movement on the tracking and then we can go from there :) ~Please note~ that I have no insurance for shipments that are not deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. *You will need to pay for shipping again if it is returned for this reason.* I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but I can help guide you if ever the situation arises.
