If you are located in the European Union, please check your tracking number regularly. Your parcel may be held at your local post office or customs office. If it is not picked up in time, it may be returned to us.

All prints are made to order and usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times vary:

USA: 7 – 21 business days

International: 2 – 4 weeks, depending on customs

Yes. A digital receipt is available through your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews." If you need a PDF invoice, just message us and we will send one.
