If you are located in the European Union, please check your tracking number regularly. Your parcel may be held at your local post office or customs office. If it is not picked up in time, it may be returned to us.

Note: For orders above €150 (excluding tax and shipping fee), Etsy may not collect VAT or customs fees at checkout. Your postal service will inform you if payment is required before delivery. All prints are made to order and usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times vary:

Canada: 3 – 8 business days

USA: 7 – 21 business days

International: 2 – 4 weeks, depending on customs

🧾 Can I get a receipt or invoice?

Yes. A digital receipt is available through your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews." If you need a PDF invoice, just message us and we will send one.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
