Care instructions
For fabric products: It is recommended that you wash inside out using a mild detergent and no fabric softener. Please hang dry or dry on low heat. Do not iron directly onto the design.
For cups and mugs: Please do not soak cups in water or use in the microwave. It is recommended that you hand wash only.

There are no refunds or exchanges on customized orders once your order begins processing
Turnaround time is stated under each product listing. Please be sure to note that is the time within which your item will ship. It does not include shipping time. Once a product leaves my shop, I have no control over how long the USPS will take to deliver the item. If you need your product by a certain date, please message me before ordering.
