This amazing journey started about four years ago when my family and I moved into a new house and I had an empty room to decorate! One piece at a time and my room was finally complete and it looked gorgeous! Everyone that saw my room loved it and they loved the items I used to decorate it, and to their shock, I made them myself!

Another secret was that a lot of the furniture I had, I picked up off the street or bought for a very low price. A lot of people are shocked or even disgusted that the furniture was on the street. But you know what, that is why it is wonderful; it didn't use to look like that and it certainly wasn't in good condition. But I made it a beautiful piece and in some cases brought it back to its former glory.

Eventually I said to myself, "I can sell this stuff." And so I did. A few months later, I had Junk Jordan! And that is where I am right now, recreating "junk" and making it look great!
