5 out of 5 starsI received tuner it was in great shape physically. As advertised and shown. The tuner was serviced by their audio shop but the stereo light was out and the tuning was off. I called and Lenny who very courteous and offered to take the unit back and address the issues. He also offered a credit to have my local shop do the work. I had my local shop take care of the problem. These guys were very responsive and I think are professional and honest. Unit could have been jostled during shipping. I would buy again.
