Production and Shipping:

Production time for custom made (including monogrammed) items is currently about 5-7 business days. Please be sure to leave all of the requested information in the notes when you check out, (especially the initials for the monogram in the order that you want them to appear) on the item(s) to avoid delays, which may result in your order not shipping within the normal time frame.

If you need your item by a certain date, please contact me before placing your order. In most cases, I can work within your schedule if you let me know.

***Your order will be delayed if we have questions about your order, so please make sure that your email address is correct and that you check your Etsy conversations. Also, if you would like to leave us a phone number to contact you with questions that is also an option.

In order to ensure accurate completion and delivery of your orders, be sure to read the item description before placing your order. Orders will be shipped US Mail. Shipping will take around 2-5 business days (around 10 business days for larger orders). You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Occasionally, I will have questions about the specifics of an order, and I will contact you through the Etsy conversation system and/ or at your email address, so please check your Etsy and email accounts in order to help me complete your order quickly and accurately.

Being as clear as possible when you place your order will help me to complete it more quickly. After you click the "add to cart" button, be sure to include in the "note to JustForMeSewing" box:

1. Monogram letters in the order you wish them to APPEAR (usually first, last, middle)

I ALWAYS want you to be happy with your order, but I am human and occasionally I will make a mistake on your order. I will, of course, correct it at my expense. Unfortunately, it is next to impossible to remove an embroidered monogram, so I cannot accept returns or make exchanges on items unless an error was made on my part.
