When will my phone case arrive?
Your phone case takes about two days to produce, though during peak seasons, it may take up to five days. Shipping times depend on your location:
✔︎ USA, UK, Australia: 4–8 days
✔︎ EU, New Zealand, & South America: 5–10 days
✔︎ Canada & Asia: 5–15 days
✔︎ Other countries: 10–30 days
After your phone case is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to track its progress online.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is immediately processed by our print provider, and cancellations are not possible.
Is free delivery available for multiple phone case purchases?
Yes! If you're buying two or more phone cases, you'll get free delivery.
Can I return my phone case?
Because each phone case is custom-printed on demand, we can’t accept returns unless the case is defective.
However, if your case has a printing error, defect, or was damaged during shipping, we’re happy to help. Just contact us with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
Which phone models are supported?
Just In Case offers phone cases for various devices, including iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel models. Availability may vary, so check the product listing and drop-down menu to see if your phone is included.

Some of the designs look like they are made of another material. Is it correct?
Yes, certain designs, like 'Abalone Shell,' some 'Animal Prints,' and 'Mosaic,' have a very natural appearance.
However, please note that these are high-quality prints on the phone case, not cases made from different materials.
Do the phone cases support wireless charging?
Yes, all our phone cases are wireless charging compatible. However, they are not MagSafe compatible.
Can I print my own custom design on a phone case?
Yes! If you have a specific design in mind, contact us directly to discuss your ideas and explore customization options.
How do the glossy and matte finishes differ?
Both finishes are smooth, but the glossy option has a shiny, polished look, while the matte finish is more subdued and non-reflective. The glossy case may feel slightly more slippery compared to the matte one.
