To keep shipping prices reasonable, I offer an option of Standard Shipment which is, however, not tracked and in case of loss compensated only up to $30. Lost parcels are extremely rare, but for more valuable orders, i.e. above $30 . I strongly advise choosing Tracked Shipment, as I can not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they leave my studio. Items lost or damaged in transit, are not eligible for refund or replacement if not insured by Tracked Shipment.

Unless shipping upgrade is selected, all items will be sent with 1st Class Royal Mail in the UK and International Standard Airmail everywhere else. It usually takes 1-3 working days in the UK, 3-5 working days to Europe and, 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. These are not guaranteed delivery dates and delays, usually due to customs, are beyond my control.

Parcels are not deemed late or lost until 10, 20 and 25 working days after expected delivery date have past for UK, Europe and the rest of the world destinations respectively.
If a parcel is not delivered after these dates have past, please report the problem to me, but no later than 60 days after expected delivery date. I always obtain proof of posting, so I can file a insurance claim. Lost items cannot be refunded by Just Peri until Royal Mail closes the claim.

Any custom fees incurred on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that for import tax purposes, all parcels shipping outside the EU must have attached description of parcel value - therefore I will include invoice with prices, even for orders "marked as gift".

In the event that the package is returned to me because it was refused or not collected after delivery has been attempted, no refund will be issued. I will be happy to resend the item(s), but it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for an additional delivery.

Care instructions

Most garments, especially made from angora, mohair or brushed alpaca yarns, should be carefully hand washed by gentle squeeze in luke warm water. I recommend using delicate wool washing liquids or equivalent.
Next rinse thoroughly taking care not to ring, rub or twist the wet garment – just use a gentle squeezing action. Finally softly press the excess water out and lay the knitwear on a dry towel.
Ease the knit back into original shape and roll up the towel. Press lightly to remove the excess water. Leave it to dry on a fresh dry towel.
