Payment Plans
Payment plans are available on items over $100. Please send inquires via the contact button. If payment plan is not followed a 20% restock fee will be applied and the order will be canceled.

Incorrect Mailing address and Unclaimed Packages
All items are shipped to the Etsy address provided, unless another address is specified in the note to seller. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the correct mailing address during their purchase. If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failure to claim your package at it's destination they can be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.
Returns
On the rare occasion when an item is to be returned & a refund necessary, it will be for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refund will be sent upon receipt of the item in it's original condition. Item must be returned within 5 business days with tracking provided to the seller.
