My quality rating is for a rug of that description and does not indicate a smooth refined design. NOTE that even though it is stated that the rug can be returned within seven days of receipt, the seller will only allow returns if they deem it has a defect. NOTE also that you will receive an invoice after delivery from FedEx for import taxes that amounted to about $20 for my order.
