Sercan is a person of integrity. When my item was shipped with a missing part, he could have failed to respond or deny the issue. But he apologized for the error and the missing item is being shipped to me. I agree the product is good quality, and I am looking forward to the building process. I do wish however, that the build would be supported with an instruction guide, as I know I will be making mistakes which takes time and risks undue costs due to mistakes in the build.
