Unique design:
The unique design of KATcreatures is based on an own style and taste, has been developed throughout many years. Before sewing them, I draw their own sewing pattern, I choose the textiles, with an eye on colors and patterns, and the accessories.
Special points of design are:
The figures are worked out to help to develop the phantasy, initiating forming stories and tales.
The playful figures link the world of children and adults together, and activate the child inside.
The figures mend your own style and attractiveness, making you a tastemaker among your surrounders.

Attentive implementing:
All KATcreatures are handmade figures. The only machine used, is my helpful friend the sewing machine.
I use a flexible secure sewing while fixing the bodies, resulting lasting, long-wearing dolls even in the everyday play of smaller children.
There is no serial production.
I create all figures with many love and care.
Environmental thinking:
I use new and upcycled materials as well.
Upcycled materials are always cleaned well and carefully.
Environment saving is an important feature: only little power is used, & minimal waste arises.
Hypoallergenic: the figures contains no metal parts (expect some removable accessories), no animal hair, or feather.
I use no chemicals, the applied textile colors are water based.
Natural materials like wool and cherry pit are favoured in the “production”

Emotions:
Emotions are a very important part of our life, & the same important are they in the creating.
The creatures soul develops not only by me while creating them; they gain life and soul too when their owner plays with them.
Most of the time when I am designing and making up a creature, I am anticipating the children playing with it. And… it is heartwarming to see how it comes true.
The knowledge:
The shapes, the colors and the materials try to give back the feeling of a nature-close lifestyle, aiming at reconnecting people to the nature. That is why you can find a lot of animals, flower- or leaf-patterns, cotton and wool and nature close colors on/in my products.
The lovely and playful figures activate the child inside:
