Keeping the Power On

Our story starts 5 years ago when I was taking any kind of custom sewing orders to pay the electric bill. One custom order for a crib sheet and a coordinating quilt and I was hooked. We've since then added swaddles and beanies and kept going from there.
We went from a one mom shop to working with the best seamstresses and team in LA and we are excited about the new things we have coming to the shop!

Our number one priority is customer satisfaction! We love happy customers! Please contact us via our contact page if you have any questions regarding your order.
All payments are due at the time of purchase. Please make sure to enter in the correct shipping address because we do ship items out within a day or two. Cancellations are accepted up until you receive a shipping notification. Please send us a message ASAP if you need to make any changes to your order.
You will receive a message from Etsy once your order has shipped. All domestic orders including tracking, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen or packages once shipped. If you have an issue with your order pertaining to shipping, please send us a message and we will do everything we can to assist you.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Please note that there are items in your cart that will be shipped from a different country. Please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees and or duties, these fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. Custom forms are filled out with exact purchase information and we do not falsify prices or mark as a gift. International customers need to consider there may be additional taxes, duties or other fees required upon receipt of shipment. Please check with your local post office for fees.

RUSH SHIPPING - Please contact us prior to ordering for additional shipping options and rush orders. We do our best to accommodate all of your needs, including requested delivery dates. Additional fees may be required for rush orders.

Hey Lets Adventure is not responsible for lost packages of any kind, domestic or international. If you would like to purchase insurance on your item(s) please contact me before placing your order and I will adjust the shipping cost. Also, if your item is lost, please contact the post office with your tracking number to file a claim.
Additional policies and FAQs
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer direct exchanges, as our inventory changes often and goes quickly and we don’t have a system in place to hold items until the orders are shipped back. The best way to “exchange” is to checkout as normal through our shop for inventory purposes and to ensure you get the color and size you need. If you place a second order, please email us at hello [!at] heyletsadventure.com for a free shipping code. See return information above.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 7-10 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, any sale priced items are not eligible for return.

Incorrect Item
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact hello [!at] heyletsadventure.com as soon as possible so we can ensure you get the correct item. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the correct item will be sent as previously specified.

Product Variance
Due to the handmade nature of our items, there may be some size variance in our items. Please allow for plus or minus variances in sizing, up to 1/2 an inch in width or height.

Most orders will ship out from our Arizona fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of purchase via USPS. However, that time can be extended up to 1 week during peak shopping times such as new product launches, sales and other promotions.
Our fulfillment center has their own process for pulling and shipping orders and there isn’t a guarantee that items can be shipped together so we are unable to combine multiple orders placed.

Lost + Stalled Packages
It is common for packages to halt movement in a distribution center and/or post office, please allow 10 additional business days for package to begin moving again. Once a package has not moved for more than 10 business days (30 for international) we can send out a replacement as possible. If a package is marked as “delivered” by the USPS it is your responsibility as the recipient to track it down with your local post office. Please be sure to check around your home/yard as well as check with your neighbors. You’d be surprised how many packages are left inside open garages, behind gates, or under patio furniture. The best luck with packages marked as delivered is to speak with your local post office and the actual person that handles your mail.

Changes + Cancellations To Your Order
Because our fulfillment team processes and ships order quickly, we are unable to make changes to your order once it’s been placed. If there is an issue with your order please reach out, and we will make every effort to cancel it when possible.

Collaborations + Wholesale
Thank you for your interest in working with Hey Lets Adventure! Email hello [!at] heyletsadventure.com and please include a proposal of collaboration, press information, and direct links. We do go through every proposal but are only able to get back with people who are a good immediate fit with Hey Lets Adventure. In that case, we will typically respond within a week. Otherwise we will keep your information on file and reach out if there is a good fit for both of us!

At this time, we do not currently offer wholesale.

We do not always check our direct messages on Instagram or Facebook. We do try to answer questions in comments, however, your best best to get a hold of us is to email directly from our contact form.
