5 out of 5 starsThe Tardis skirt was a gift for our daughter. She was thrilled with it. She said the sender sent a top to go with it. That was a very kind and appreciated gesture. The skirt arrive in time for her birthday so all in all we were very pleased with the seller.

KBDarkMoonDesigns was also wonderful enough to take the time to meet me rather than require me to pay shipping since we're located near each other. Craftsmanship is very high quality! Highly recommended if you are looking for a costume!
