What is a ZIP file?
Many of our digital products are delivered as a .ZIP file. The .ZIP contains a folder with multiple files inside.
Most computers come with software that can unzip, or extract, a .ZIP file just by double clicking on it. Some computers don't have such software, so you'll have to make sure you have by downloading it from the Internet.
If you don't unzip, or extract, the .ZIP file, you won't be able to access the files that you have purchased and which are inside of the .ZIP file.
May I return a digital item?
We're sorry, but our digital products are non-refundable. Please make sure that you read the product description before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, contact us via Etsy.
How do I use a coupon code during a sale?
Etsy has set up coupon codes so that they will not work with sale items unless the coupon code is for a bigger discount than the sale. Etsy automatically chooses the larger discount.
Can you email me my digital files?
The digital files that you purchase from KB and Friends are available for download only via the Etsy website. We are unable to email the files to customers.
Can you re-send the download link to the digital files I purchase?
We're sorry, but Etsy sends an automated email with the download link to customers after their payment is processed. We have no ability to re-send that email. Before you buy, please make sure that your email address is correct. If you have not received the email, you may download the files you purchased directly from your Etsy account.
